Directed launch of belfercenter.org, a new website for the Belfer Center for Science and International Affaris, the largest research center at HKS. Increased site visits and pageviews by 200% in one year. Supervised production and testing of 6–8 monthly HTML email newsletters. Grew email mailing list by 250% in one year. Served as point of contact with domain registrar, web host, bulk email provider, editorial photo library, and agency responsible for site design/construction. Consulted with group of 10 program/project managers to develop new features, including photo galleries and special mini-sites. Managed WordPress implementation, creation of 3 blogs, and syndication of content to nytimes.com. Trained blog contributors and editors in use of WordPress. Edited and produced series of web videos. Set up Belfer presence on YouTube. Streamlined events RSVP process with web-based forms. Trained new staff in use of proprietary Content Management System (CMS). Created and edited Flash animations for Development solicitations. Directed redesign, coding, and editing of What’s New @ HBS, a monthly email newsletter for HBS Alumni with more than 48,000 recipients. Designed and edited targeted emails for Alumni Travel Programs, Alumni Clubs, Regional Events, and Development solicitations. Ensured cross-platform and browser compatibility for HTML email communications and websites. Reviewed and edited content and code of pages on HBS Alumni website. Designed and launched beta version of wwd.com, a website for fashion industry daily trade newspaper Women’s Wear Daily, (over 800 pages of original content and a daily average of 30 pages of converted content) in under 5 months. Directed staff of 2 full-time designers; contracted freelance staff as needed. Assisted editors with adaptation of existing content from newspaper and conception of original content. Developed page layout and download standards; assisted in development and implementation of quality assurance standards.

Art directed, redesigned and developed information architecture for Astronet.com homepage and horoscope area, and Women.com Home & Garden and Food content channels (over 1,600 pages). Hired and directed freelance illustrators and photographers. Developed network standards for multimedia component technology.
